At UGG Since 1974, we take pride in our handcrafted Australian-made boots and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, standard-sized products within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your boots are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached; please note that custom-made or 'Design Your Own' orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in their original box and send them back to our Gold Coast workshop using a trackable shipping service of your choice.
Processing and Refund
Once our artisans inspect your return, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
